Return Window
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sellable condition. Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or exchange once the seal/packaging is opened.
Exchange Scope
Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same product, subject to availability. For a different product or color, please place a fresh order and initiate a return for the original item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Go to My Account > Orders, select the order, and choose Return/Exchange — or contact our support team with your order number. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable; in non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item, with shipping cost reimbursed as store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order follows our standard return process instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders, unless otherwise requested).
